The original Meatsmack sauce was created to be a savory compliment to beef brisket that was unlike anything mass-produced in the stores. The end result turned out to be not only a savory compliment to beef, but also to eggs, pork, poultry, and any other meat worth “smackin”. Unlike almost every other sauce on the market, Meatsmack does not contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial smoke flavoring. Our sweetness comes from sugar, while our “smoke” comes from premium single malt scotch whiskey. This sauce also contains ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS.

Tasting Notes: Original smacks you with tangy and earthy smoke with a touch of sweetness, then the robust taste of 13 herbs & spices kicks the flavor to a level of slow heat and lingering taste that will have you eating it straight and looking for more things to 'smack!

The RAZ-Chipotle Meatsmack was actually created on whim in about 30min. It is simply a slight adaptation to the original sauce. The end result is a completely different - bold and spicy sauce that brings a "Wow!" to anything you wish to 'smack. Like the original, RAZ-Chipotle Meatsmack does not contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial smoke flavoring. Our sweetness comes from sugar, while our “smoke” comes from premium chipotle powder.  This sauce also contains ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS.

After several trips to Jamaica and eating many meals of either Jerk Chicken or Jerk Pork, I wanted to be able to eat these meals at home. I quickly discovered it to be very difficult to cook authentic tasting Jerk with any of the sauces or marinades in the store. Meatsmack Jerk brings you as close to Jamaican Jerk as you will find - it is thick and very spicy. Like authentic Jerk, Meatsmack Jerk is based in the main three Jerk ingredients - allspice, habanero (scotch bonnet), and thyme. This sauce contains ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS. Irie! Ya Mon!

MeatLuv Original Rub is essentially the dry ingredients of the Original Sauce. Because there is no sugar, this is a bold and spicy rub that you can use on the grill without the fear of scorching. For larger cuts of meat for slow cooking, like pork butt, use a generous amount of rub to completely coat the meat - "Rub it Raw!". For use as a seasoning, lightly sprinkle onto chicken, turkey, burgers, ribs, etc.

Tasting Notes: MeatLuv is a little spicier than your traditional rub, as there is no sugar. The flavor is bold with a nice balance of garlic, onion, and peppers, with a slight southwestern angle. For a sweet twist: add 1/2 tsp per 2 TBS of rub.
